Before you order

Do I need helium?

No. The kits are designed to work with regular air, so you do not need a helium tank. Fill the balloons with a hand or electric pump and they stay exactly where you place them. Balloons filled with air also hold their shape longer than helium ones.

How long does it take to set up?

Plan on about 45 minutes for most kits. Kits with a balloon garland, a backdrop and many balloons can take a little longer, so give yourself an hour the first time. The “What’s in the Box” list on this page shows everything you will be setting up.

Will it damage the walls in a hotel or at home?

Most pieces hang with removable adhesive strips or hooks made for painted walls, which are designed to peel off cleanly. They are not part of the kit unless the contents list says so, so add a pack to your order of supplies. Check the weight limit on the package and test a hidden spot first, because results depend on the paint or wallpaper.

When should I order before my event?

We recommend ordering about four weeks before the date. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 7 to 14 business days after that, which can add up to about 17 business days.
