Privacy Policy

Who we are

Party Kit Pro is operated by Raviton LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“we”, “us”). This policy covers our website and the services offered through it. It is written for visitors and customers in the United States, and it is our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account and order details: your email address, name, shipping address, phone number (which carriers use to deliver your order) and the items you order.
• Payment: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the payment status, the card brand and the last four digits so we can match a payment to an order.
• Newsletter: your email address when you subscribe.
• Celebration details (optional): the date of your party and what you are celebrating, if you tell us. We use them to show you the last day to order, to time emails you signed up for (such as a reminder before the date and a note about a year later), and to suggest suitable kits. Leave them blank and nothing changes.
• Messages and reviews: anything you send us by email or write in a review.
• Account: if you create an account, your email address and a password, which is stored in protected form by our sign-in provider.

In the language of California law, over the last 12 months we have collected these categories: identifiers (name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address), commercial information (what you ordered, browsed or added to your cart), internet activity (pages viewed, device and browser type), and approximate location (from your IP address and shipping address). The details above say why and from whom.

Information collected automatically

When you browse, our servers and the tools described below may receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, what you add to your cart and whether a purchase is completed. Your cart is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you return.

Cookies and tracking

We use two kinds of cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels.

• Necessary: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart and remembering your cookie choice. The store cannot work without these.
• Optional: measurement, advertising and support tools. They stay switched off until you press Accept on the cookie banner.

If you accept, we load the following, depending on what is switched on at the time:

• Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, product views, add-to-cart actions and purchases.
• Meta Pixel to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It shares page views, product views, add-to-cart actions and purchase details (such as value and items) with Meta.
• Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors move around pages, for example where they click and scroll.
• Our stylist chat, so you can ask us a question on the site. Your messages are processed by Anthropic to write replies and are not used to identify you.

If you press Decline, or never choose, none of these load. Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time: Cookie settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a Decline unless you choose Accept yourself.

You can also manage advertising choices through the Digital Advertising Alliance, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjust ad settings in your Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Cookies and storage we use

Optional items are created only after you press Accept. Durations for third-party items are set by those companies and can change.

How we use information

• To take, process, ship and support your orders, including emails about your order.
• To run your account and keep the store secure and free of fraud and abuse.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To send marketing emails you signed up for (our newsletter and welcome offer) and reminders about a checkout you started. Each one says it is marketing, shows our postal address and has an unsubscribe link. We honor an unsubscribe within 10 business days, and in practice at once. Emails about an order you placed, such as shipping updates, are not marketing and continue.
• If you sign up for text messages, we use your mobile number to send you recurring automated marketing texts (such as offers and cart reminders) through Klaviyo, and we keep a record of when and how you agreed. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Mobile information and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. If you have not signed up for texts, your phone number is used only so carriers can deliver your order. The full program terms are in our Terms of Service.
• To understand how the store is used and to measure and improve our advertising, only if you accepted optional cookies.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

• Service providers who work for us and may use the information only to provide their service to us:
  • Stripe: card payments, fraud screening and sales tax calculation.
  • Supabase: our database, which holds orders and accounts, and sign-in.
  • Vercel: website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend: the transactional emails we send you (order shipped, your welcome code, review requests).
  • Klaviyo: email marketing and customer messaging. It receives your email address, name, the items in a checkout you started or an order you placed, and your sign-up for our welcome offer. It is used for emails you can unsubscribe from, such as a reminder about a checkout you did not finish.
  • Google (Sheets): a private order sheet our fulfillment assistant uses, holding your name, email, shipping address and items.
  • Anthropic: writes the stylist chat replies from the messages you type. Please do not share payment or sensitive details in the chat.
  • Telegram: if you ask to be contacted by our team, the name, email or phone number you give and the chat transcript are sent to our private team chat.
  • Fulfillment suppliers who pack and ship your order (they receive your name, shipping address and phone number, and some are located outside the United States) and shipping carriers.
• Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta, Microsoft), only if you accepted optional cookies. Under some state laws, sharing data with an advertising partner for ads can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can stop it by choosing Decline.
• Authorities and advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
• A buyer if the business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Your choices and rights

Everyone can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, change cookie settings (above), or write to us to ask about their information.

Residents of California and of other U.S. states with privacy laws can, depending on where they live, ask us to tell them what personal information we hold about them and how we use it, to give them a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to stop “sharing” it for advertising. We do not discriminate against anyone for using these rights. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

To make a request, email team@partykitpro.com from the address you used with us, or write to the mailing address above. We may need to confirm your identity first, and you may use an authorized agent. We respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer; we respond to appeals within 60 days and, where your state requires it, tell you how to contact your state attorney general. California residents may also ask once a year which categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not make such disclosures.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. If you accept optional cookies, Google, Meta and Microsoft receive information about how you use the store, which California law can treat as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. To stop it, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (also in the footer of every page) and press Decline. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser automatically. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal; there is no common standard for it, so we do not respond to it, but we do honor Global Privacy Control.

In the last 12 months we disclosed identifiers, commercial information and internet activity to the service providers listed above for business purposes (running the store, taking payment, shipping and sending email). Only for visitors who accepted optional cookies, we shared identifiers (cookie IDs and IP address), internet activity and commercial information (product views, cart and purchase events) with Google, Meta and Microsoft for analytics and advertising. We did not sell personal information for money.

Visitors outside the U.S. (GDPR)

The store ships only to addresses in the United States and is not aimed at people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. If you still use it from there, Raviton LLC is the controller of your personal information. We rely on these legal bases: performing your order (contract), our legitimate interests in running and securing the store, legal obligations such as tax records, and your consent for optional cookies, which you can withdraw at any time through cookie settings. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, to receive it in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Our providers process information in the United States, under the safeguards they offer for international transfers. To use any of these rights, email team@partykitpro.com.

Children

The store is for adults: you must be 18 or older to place an order or create an account. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted connections and a payment processor that is certified to the highest card-industry standard. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep order records for as long as tax, accounting and legal requirements call for, newsletter and account information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and our request records for 24 months. We then delete or anonymize it. Our providers may process information in the United States and, for fulfillment suppliers, in other countries.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for significant changes we will make that clear on the site. Our Terms of Service also apply to your use of the store.
