Accessibility Statement
Everyone should be able to browse our kits and place an order. This page explains how we work towards that and how to reach us when something gets in the way.

Our commitment
Party Kit Pro, operated by Raviton LLC, aims for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA on the whole store, including browsing, the cart and checkout.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus, and a “Skip to main content” link at the start of each page.
- The cart opens as a dialog that keeps keyboard focus inside it and closes with the Escape key.
- Buttons that show only an icon have a text label for screen readers, and form fields have visible labels.
- Product photos have descriptive text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and controls are checked for color contrast, and pages work when zoomed and on small screens.
- We run automated WCAG 2.1 A and AA checks on the main pages, the cart and the legal pages, and fix what they find. The most recent run was on October 11, 2026. Automated tools find only part of the problems, so reports from you matter.
Known limits
Payment happens on a secure page hosted by Stripe, and the optional chat widget is provided by a third party. We do not control their code, although we choose providers that work to the same standard. Some older blog articles may have images with short descriptions that we are still improving.

We reply within one business day, will help you complete your order another way if the store is in your way, and will work to fix the problem.
