Shipping policy

Party Kit Pro is committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: free for orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $20 applies.
Estimated Delivery Time: Please allow [7-14] business days for delivery within the United States.
International Shipping: 7- 14 busines days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Party Kit Pro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages Party Kit Pro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. However, providing a great customer experience is our priority. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at team@partykitpro.com with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to a re-shipping fee.
